Workspace One Access related errors in vRealize Lifecycle Manager

Share on:

A quick blog post regarding some errors I encountered recently in vRealize Lifecycle Manager while preparing for some maintenance work on a clustered Workspace One Access instance.

While preparing the vRSLCM environment to enable multi tenancy for vRA 8 I ran into the LCMVIDMIMPORT0019 and LCMVIDM73107 errors. These occurred when taking a snapshot of the Workspace One Cluster. The global environment cluster’s health was green and also executing the steps described in VMware’s KB KB75080 didn’t indicate any issues with the environment.

After some further troubleshooting I found that these errors are caused by missing firewall configurations.

  • LCMVIDMIMPORT0019: Indicates that Workspace One Access appliances are unable to communicate with the WOA database IP on port 5432
  • LCMVIDM73107: Indicates that vRSLCM is unable to communicate with the WOA database IP on port 5432
